My Role
I was working with Mirum as UX Lead when I got involved in the project. I led the agency pitch and we were hired to do the UX/UI for their new e-commerce website.
Project Summary
MAP came to us to take their offline customer experience, translate it through a digital channel and get it up and running as soon as possible. Our quest was to figure out how the two can work together to best engage their customers in one cohesive experience and differentiate themselves among the ever competitive world of fashion e-commerce in Indonesia, under a very tight deadline.
And so we embarked on a collaborative process to build MAP E-Commerce from the grounds up. We started with the basic. We embedded ourselves in their HQ to better understand how they operate, all the stakeholders that would be involved in the process and how we can align all their business goals with customer needs.
